"I have mixed reactions. They responded quickly to my need to have upholstery cleaned- one couch and two large and one small recliners. They did a very nice job on the furniture. Easily a 4-5 star rating. My reasons for lower total and a "maybe" for recommending them is a lot of water was on my hardwood floors and not enough attention given to cleaning it all up-leaving stains on the wood that I finally had to hire someone to help with the floors. If I had carpets cleaned or wall to wall carpets maybe it would have been different. So if you have hardwood floors, maybe I'd pass on this company"

"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration.
