"Predatory Sales and Subpar Quality Mad City's process is predatory from start to finish. Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

"Dave, Mason, and their crew were truly outstanding to work with. We completely remodeled our first floor, including the kitchen and two bathrooms. The job took a couple months and required working closely with other contractors we had hired. They were very professional and easy to work with for all involved. Communication was excellent and the workmanship was top-notch. We hired them for another smaller job this summer. We are looking forward to working with D & M Home Improvement again!"
