Small jobs welcome

"I needed a contractor to do a complete remodel in my two-bedroom condo in Yardley, PA. Bob and his sons replaced all my floors, remodeled the bathrooms, replaced the lighting, drywall work to remodel the kitchen. They rebuilt my fireplace in shiplap. They were awesome! The communication was great! The end result is beautiful! I am so very appreciative for everything they did. They really went above and beyond. "

"Rick Brown Contracting Review I recently had the pleasure of working with Rick Brown Contracting on a basement renovation project, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Right from our initial consultation, Rick impressed me with his professionalism and expertise. He took the time to understand my vision for the space and offered valuable insights and suggestions that truly elevated the project. His attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the work. Throughout the renovation, Rick and his team were punctual, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They maintained a clean and organized work environment, which I greatly appreciated, especially since the basement is a part of my home that I use as my office and studio, and wanted to keep it as fully functional as possible during the process. Communication was seamless; I was kept informed every step of the way, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding! The finished basement exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and it’s clear that Rick has experience and takes great pride in his work. He transformed the space into a beautiful, functional area that I can’t wait to show off to family and friends. I also want to highlight his commitment to staying within budget and timeline. There were no unexpected costs, and the project was completed in an efficient, expedient manner, which is a rarity in the contracting world. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional contractor for your home improvement needs, look no further than Rick Brown Contracting. I wholeheartedly recommend him and will definitely be reaching out to him for future projects. Thank you Rick, for turning my basement dreams into reality! Larry Alleyne"

"We were so happy we chose A B Graham Contracting to refinish our basement. The space went from a dungeon-like storage area to a beautiful finished playroom for our son, complete with a perfect little half bathroom! Andrew and his team always provided quick responses to all questions & communication, and worked with us throughout the process to help guide us toward the best solutions for any issues that arose. Andrew has a fantastic team of tradesmen - plumbing, flooring, & electric - and his finisher Tony paid great attention to detail and addressed all our concerns. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and knowledgeable contractor."

"Working with Sandy from Dasan Building Group felt more like hanging out with a friend rather than doing a construction project. It was the rare time that I worked with a contractor and still liked them after the project was completed. I hired Dasan Building Group to fit out the interior of a new Hand & Stone location. This was a substantial six-figure project in a 2,400 square foot space. Unlike other projects I didn't feel the need to micromanage the job. In fact, I was pretty much "hands-off" relying on weekly phone updates from Sandy regarding our progress. In addition to Sandy and his partner Dale, EVERY Dasan team member that I met was polite, friendly, willing to help, and committed to excellence. Dasan Building Group went above and beyond in every way possible, stuck to the budget, didn't nickel and dime me with ridiculous change orders, and finished the job with time to spare! I would choose Dasan Building Group for every future project that I do -- I have even come up with a couple of residential jobs I need done just to be able to continue working with them. Choose Dasan Building Group -- you WON'T be disappointed!"

FAQs for handyman service projects in Bristol, PA

Winterizing shields your home’s structure and key systems from snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. By sealing drafts and tuning up heaters, you cut energy waste, extend the life of appliances and windows, and avoid surprise repair bills. A small up-front investment keeps rooms cozy and protects the value of your biggest asset all winter long.

Yes, it’s important to prepare your sprinkler system for the winter. Blowing out the lines and insulating above-ground parts keeps valves and pipes from splitting when temperatures drop. A quick winterization visit costs far less than repairing burst components in spring, and it ensures your lawn--and your wallet--stay in good shape once the thaw hits.

A full home winterization plan goes beyond sealing windows and pipes. You might schedule a home energy audit, cover outdoor furniture, service the snowblower, swap smoke-detector batteries, add outlet gaskets, and hang storm doors. Each step beefs up your home’s protection, cuts drafts, and lowers the chance of costly cold-weather damage.
