"Stephen and his team were professional and pleasant to work with. He was quick to respond to all questions and made relevant suggestions to help me make decisions to acheive the outcome I wanted. After removing the old tub it was determined additional repairs to the subflooring were needed. The repairs were done and the area throughly inspected both inside and outside the house to assure I would not have to worry about the same issues in the future. Before continuing with the remodel Stephen made sure I was satisfied with all the repairs that had been done, I was. All the work was beautifully done, and was completed as planned and on time. "I sent a message through Angie's List to Rife Remodeling requesting to talk to them about needing roof repairs and I got a text from John Rife almost right away to arrange a visit. Within just a couple days after contacting him, John Rife came to my house to start working up an estimate of repairs and he immediately pointed out the problems that needed attention. He took his time to survey the problems, seemed to be very knowledgeable about roofing and very confident that they could fix it. He was very concerned about fixing the problem as soon as he could especially since it was causing an electrical hazard. For the quote, he gave me a comprehensive materials shopping cart and a detailed labor estimate which I thought was very reasonable. Once I accepted his proposal, the materials were at the house within just a couple days and the roof and guttering was repaired the very next day. He brought a full crew and they worked all day to knock it out. Very pleased with the service of Rife Remodeling and I will definitely look to them for future home repairs and remodeling!"
