"This company is absolutely horrible with communication and customer service. For example, they would make an appointment and then not show up. You would get apologies and excuses but then they would not return phone calls. I waited over two weeks for a follow up call and then was told “well we stopped by last week and no one was home.” As if it’s my fault. No phone call was made to arrange a time to come by the home. I called this morning to give them one more chance and instead of apologizing I was given excuses. Extremely poor customer service. Also, the presenting issue was not addressed."

Don't hire this company if you want to keep peace with your neighbors.i will be contacting city manager, councilman, and consumer affairs to report this company. You would think the owners of this company would be concerned that there employees are taking side money. Englewood Landscaping is not reputable. They have no regard for me or my property."
