"This one is for the skeptics: During a remodel we discovered that the largest room in our house was completely un-insulated between ceiling and roof. This company said they could blow insulation in from one end of the 20 foot ceiling to the other. I doubted it. I asked them to cut a hole in the center of the room. They began to blow. I still doubted. I climbed the ladder. It looked like a huge amount of insulation but how could I know that the insulation I saw was not just gathering around the hole. The flow didn't seem particularly forceful. I was THAT dreaded customer. I asked our contractor, a neutral third party, to cut holes on each end of the room. Insulation came pouring down on top of him. He was impressed. I was impressed, and totally embarrassed. But very satisfied. The techs, Joe and Jake, were wonderful through the whole ordeal. Very patient, very kind, very understanding. "You wouldn't be the first to doubt that this could be done," Joe said kindly. They were careful, tidy, and 100% professional.
