"GoTo Roofing was very prompt in scheduling our serious roofing issues. I was not able to be there while they were working or was I able to inspect the finished job until a couple of weeks later. I was impressed with the workmanship! The chimney, vents and even the original lightning rods were blended and sealed perfectly! In addition, a piece of trim siding that had blown off the peak of the house was replaced-I would have never been able to get up there! I was thrilled at their kindness, replacing it even though it was not part of their job! This is the second time we have used GoTo Roofing-I HIGHLY recommend them!"

Even with all of the obstacles (delays due to weather, back ordered supplies, smaller crews, etc.), they still got everything done as quickly as they could. "Everything went very well. We sent Michael pictures of what needed to be done. He gave us a quote. We later asked him to come onsite to firm up the quote, which he did, and the price was the same. He stated he was booked some time out, but said he sometimes has cancellations. He contacted us and stated he indeed had a cancellation, so was able to start the next day. He started the work, even without a deposit, since it was short notice, and we were still away, out of town. We were trying to decide what to do for railing, and had captured quotes from supply companies for replacement aluminum or steel materials, but they seemed high. We asked Michael for his thoughts. He checked a hardware store for us, sent us pictures, and then sent us the part number/SKU's from the store. We paid the store directly, and he picked up the materials. The work is almost done, but all has gone great thus far, and we see no reason why it won't complete with great success."
