It has been amazing to work with them. Elijah and his team are responsive, come with great ideas, are professional, and they utilize an easy to review project system that was really cool (as you walk with them, they can add or remove items to your quote and it tracks it all). We started our project in March and the rain was a pain, but many times they pushed through since they knew we had a pool opening date that we were trying to keep. I can't say enough great things about his company. I will no doubt have them out here to do I highly recommend them!"

The work was completed in only two days and the crew worked nonstop to get it done. The work was flawless and the wall is in top condition now. The team showed up on time, left our yard in great condition throughout the project, and were open to changes we thought of in between receipt of the estimate and kickoff of the work. "Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"
