"I highly recommend Deck Buddy. Our screened porch (inside and out), deck and stairs were badly in need of cleaning and resealing. We had 4 different companies out here to quote the job. Deck Buddy was by *far* the most professional of the bunch, extremely competent and moreover pleasant to work with. They came exactly on time and were able to answer all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable about the work and the products/services they would use/perform. Their bid was neither the highest nor the lowest. Their service tech spent 3 days here cleaning, repairing, and refinishing our porch and deck. It looks like new. I am so pleased. We have attempted to do this work ourselves in the past, and paid to have it done by a different company once before, but never achieved the results Deck Buddy did. I should add, that when we paid to have this work done before, it did not seem like the other company applied very much product to the wood. This time, with Deck Buddy, you can see the wood is thoroughly sealed. Also, in comparison to our earlier experience, Deck Buddy took care to cover all my plants and also the house siding to protect from overspray. (Not protecting my plants was a problem with a different powerwashing company we hired once - my hostas were shredded - you have to watch out for this). Deck Buddy was extremely careful with everything and left no mess or debris behind, the porch and deck look great, the garden is unscathed. It was a job well done. Thank you!!!!"

Phoenix Fence & Deck was willing to do the project, their estimated was prompt and courteous, the bid was competitive. We would have hired them, but unexpected financial issues emerged, and we can't go forward with the project at this time. Everything about them expressed professionalism, quality and reasonableness"

"Mr. Ted Saunders, the owner, personally coordinated and supervised all the planning, actual work, and follow up actions in a very personal and professional manner.  He understood every detail of what we wanted and forgot nothing.  On the roof, he used the appropriate cleaning methods to get the job done while not damaging the roof shingles.  While cleaning the whole house siding, he did not damage the painted wood trim or spray massive amounts of water behind the siding or up through the soffit vents into our attic insulation.  He also was very careful not to damage our two skylights or break their seals and cause water damage inside our family room.  Anyone can buy a little pressure washing equipment, advertise some, and call themselves professional power washers.  These kind of people are all over the place, and they usually cause more problems than they solve for homeowners.  Ted and his employees are NOT these kind of people - they do professsional work while protecting your home.  We would use this company again and highly recommend it to others. <br />"

"Fantastic. Bill came out ASAP do provide me with an estimate of how he could treat my deck to remove Behr Deck Over. We did not want chemicals applied because of our well. Bill was considerate of that and determined a slow and methodical power was would take care of the Deck Over. Bill and his son arrived as scheduled and each power washed the deck for two hours. They did a great job removing the Deck Over."

"Tony came out to our home and we talked abut our design ideas. He made some excellent suggestions that we went with too. He is so layed back and calm, no one could EVER feel an ounce of pressure from Tony Alger. He really knows how to design decks! This deck is built like Fort Knox! The attention to detail is unlike any I have ever seen! The rest of our home will fall down way before this deck will ever move! It is EXACTLY what we asked for and we both agree that it is SOOOOO much more beautiful then either of us expected. The workers that came were so professional, kind and just plan jolly!  We were concerned about having "construction workers" around our home as to what there manors would be like. These guys were great! Infact as soon as it finally warms up, we hope they will come back for a visit and share a glass of iced tea or some fresh made lemon aide on our new beautiful porch so they too can enjoy the fruits of their labor.
