"I highly recommend Deck Buddy. Our screened porch (inside and out), deck and stairs were badly in need of cleaning and resealing. We had 4 different companies out here to quote the job. Deck Buddy was by *far* the most professional of the bunch, extremely competent and moreover pleasant to work with. They came exactly on time and were able to answer all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable about the work and the products/services they would use/perform. Their bid was neither the highest nor the lowest. Their service tech spent 3 days here cleaning, repairing, and refinishing our porch and deck. It looks like new. I am so pleased. We have attempted to do this work ourselves in the past, and paid to have it done by a different company once before, but never achieved the results Deck Buddy did. I should add, that when we paid to have this work done before, it did not seem like the other company applied very much product to the wood. This time, with Deck Buddy, you can see the wood is thoroughly sealed. Also, in comparison to our earlier experience, Deck Buddy took care to cover all my plants and also the house siding to protect from overspray. (Not protecting my plants was a problem with a different powerwashing company we hired once - my hostas were shredded - you have to watch out for this). Deck Buddy was extremely careful with everything and left no mess or debris behind, the porch and deck look great, the garden is unscathed. It was a job well done. Thank you!!!!"

"From estimate to completion, Tony and his team did an excellent job.  I contacted Tony on a Thursday and he came out that Saturday to survey the job and prepare the estimate.  After a few days, we got the estimate back and scheduled a time to pay the deposit and sign the contract.  Tony indicated it would take about 3 weeks to get on the schedule and start the work (this included time for them to get the plans reviewed and permit provided by the county).  The work started on time and proceeded over the course of a couple of weeks (slowed a bit due to an intervening holiday and some weather).   The work was of high quality and the finished product looks great, meeting and exceeding our expectations!  There was a minor issue with the county's final inspection (the fault of the county inspector in my opinion) that was quickly addressed and resolved by Tony and his team.  All in all, a great experience and a great deck!  I would highly recommend Tony and his team. <br />"

"American Pro Tech is veteran owned and operated by Ted Saunders. He has been power-washing my home for almost 5 years. I have a northern exposure w/little sun so my vinyl siding can get a bit icky! And he gets it all off each and every time. And so far, I have passed the strict annual covenant inspection of my senior living community. But I mean really, who doesn't appreciate a clean house or for that matter, a freshly washed car! They just feel better, right? Also, he has been happy to wash several of my friends and neighbors, making him productive all of us squeaky clean. This year I had him add in my driveway, walkways, patio, etc."

"BH took care of the deck on my previous home, so I knew they were trustworthy, reliable, reasonably priced, and good quality.  Bill came out immediately and fully assessed what would meet our needs. Our deck had an unknown sealer on it from before that Bill said needed to be removed as best as could be so the new sealer would absorb.  That cost a bit more, but he assured us without it we would be wasting money applying sealer that would not absorb. He offered a couple alternative approaches to keep costs in check and set up the quote so we could decide what services to include or not. For example, he suggested we could have the whole house washed or just the one section that had moss.  He also suggested the porch didn't need a full sealing, just washing and then sealing only the horizontal surfaces, which cut down the cost.  When we asked about the edging under the deck not properly containing the gravel, rather than try to sell us some work, he suggested a DIY alternative that worked out just fine.  On the day of the washing, the crew came out and helped moved the heavy items out of the way.  They were friendly and worked efficiently. They came back to do the sealing, and the result is fabulous.  Our deck looks like new and it's super easy to keep clean because it's so well sealed. There is no evidence of splashing any of the sealer onto the side of the house.  It's nice to have the rotted step repaired too, and all that moss off the side of the house.
