"Contacted Arlington Fence and Deck and they responded quickly. They were able to give me a general estimate for repair of several sections of a 6-foot privacy fence and a gate based on photos I sent. We set up a date for Mike to come out and do a detailed estimate. The detailed estimate was actually a bit lower than the first estimate. I also had cast iron railings that had rusted posts that needed repair and they gave an appropriate estimate for that as well. There were two different dates to do the two repairs and they came and did a great job on both. I'd definitely use them again."

"American Pro Tech is veteran owned and operated by Ted Saunders. He has been power-washing my home for almost 5 years. I have a northern exposure w/little sun so my vinyl siding can get a bit icky! Infact as soon as it finally warms up, we hope they will come back for a visit and share a glass of iced tea or some fresh made lemon aide on our new beautiful porch so they too can enjoy the fruits of their labor. "Proedge did a very good job of painting the exterior of my house. They power-washed prior to painting. All painted surfaces received two coats of paint. They painted a porch, trim, soffits, foundation, shutters, lintels, hand rail, and front door. The painted edges were spot on; no paint on the brick. The team was very professional and friendly; it was a very positive experience. I am not a professional painter but as a homeowner I have done a significant amount of painting myself. As a result, I am very picky about the quality of work. I believe my house looks better now than when I first bought it. I am very pleased Proedge painted my house."
