"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"These guys do not mess around!! They come ready to work!! They came in on the first day and removed/trucked away all existing chain link fence. They then proceeded to dig new holes and prep the area. They erected temporary barrier fence so that our dogs could still use the back yard. On the 2nd day, they set and pored concrete on all posts. On the 3rd day, they installed the fence and gates. Amazing speed and quality work. <br /> The project mgr. Kale even made contact with me to say he was not pleased with how one of the gates looked and said he wished to order a new one to allow better closed gaps and privacy (he took the words right out of my mouth and I didn't have to mention it)-it is clear that they want to be satisfied with the job as much as the customer would! These guys left a clean site after construction and were very responsive to any questions we had. <br /> I hired this company at the recommendation of a good friend who had previously used them for the fence at his new house. The rebuilt new driveway /sidewalk to exceed current by adding rebar into existing concrete tying into new concrete. They were extremely careful in cleanup to insure no mess. Finish work matched existing concrete."

They did good work, were timely, and professional with exception of one individual that I don't believe works for Rich any longer.  That individual did some work that was not done properly and Rich came over and did the work himself.  He takes pride in his work and will redo anything that isn't 100% sactisfactory.  I would use Rich again in a heartbeat!  Here is a list of work that was done: <br /> 1) Window casing and trim repair <br /> 2) drywall removal and repair <br /> 3) tape, texture and paint <br /> 4) Window removal and installation <br /> 5) Rich and his guys even took the time to advise me on some of my other home repair/improvement projects <br /> As a side note, I would avoid any house built by the Fuchs family.  I needed Rich because they are such horrible builders.  If it wasn't such a time-consuming and costly processs, I would sue the heck out of them. <br />"
