"My consultation with Stellar was scheduled within a day, met with Patrick on 5/1/25. Time was taken to understand the process, everything that is involved and what my options were. Time was taken to listen to what we wanted/didn’t want and thorough explanation given of the entire process. On 5/2/25 Stellar contracting called to review details and confirm our choices. On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. A link was provided where we could see pictures of the whole project as it happened. Cisco was readily available on install day and even after with questions and concerns. "This company was a complete disaster. They supposedly re-installed our flat roof and was paid in cash immediately after they were done. It was a never-ending nightmare; the workmanship was subpar, with multiple leaks appearing shortly after their supposed 'fix.'. The plywood, beams and ceiling underneat the deck/flat roof rutted; part of the ceiling fell off. I tried to get them to come back and address the issues, they were unresponsive and uncooperative. Avoid this company at all costs! Run away from them as fast as possible."
