They went above and beyond and installed corrugated pipe under walkway but it drained into the other side of the walkway into the yard. I called after the job was complete after a weekend rain storm and left a message. I said it didn’t work out and the piping needed to go further but didn’t get a return call. I fully expected to pay for the extra work since it wasn’t part of the original contract. The sidewalk cracked in August but the pad remains intact and looks great and I’ve received multiple compliments. I believe communication was the issue here and not workmanship."

He put in two layers of crushed stone, the lower layer was of large stones, and the upper layer was fine-crushed stone. He spent an entire day getting the upper foundation just right. The pavers speak for themselves. He put in 22 concentric rings, and every block was precisely placed. Lastly, I was impressed by his honesty. When I gave him his final payment, he told me I overpaid by $300, and gave the money back."

"We first met with Chris and put together an outline for the work, we had paint available, Chris made sure the paint was a match to what was on the surrounding walls.  We then scheduled a day and time for the work to be done.  When his team came to the house they were professional and respectful of our property wearing shoe covers or even taking their shoes off when necessary.  They went straight to the task of their work at hand spackling and patching all the holes and scrap marks from our picture frames. Then to the painting, coating the wall with a smooth even layer making it a job well done.  When finished they packed up they gear and totally cleaned around the area they had just worked all in all we could not have been more pleased.
