They were respectful of my home, great to work with, and did a fantastic job checking my chimney and gas fireplace to make sure it was safe and in working order. "Overall, the project went fine. The main concern was that the project went from May to November 2017. While the work was very well done, interruptions in the work were too frequent. Bruce is an old-school craftsman who does incredible work. He is able to produce materials that cannot be obtained otherwise. There are a few follow-up matters that need to be addressed. Our project involved removing a wall between the kitchen and a sitting room and a total tear-down from ceiling to floor. The overall result is very nice. Be sure to have a clear understanding about changes and what they may cost. Get a clear understanding about your timeline to completion. I may revisit this review when some of the remaining issues are addressed. KH"

"They gave the best estimate, including 2 coats of paint even though I was not changing color. They could not do the work immediately but I didn't care. When they came, they were very thorough in sanding and scraping the doors even though that extended the time they spent on the job. Unfortunately the door stuck shut when the job was finished, but they came out the next day and solved the problem."
