"Very knowledgeable about all aspects of the major repair. All of the crew were very courteous. They came in within 5% of their bid the job was well into six figures, and some of the overage was due to our own modification. Michael is exemplary; very professional, friendly, detail minded, ensures every crew member is performing a first rate service. Job was completed on time. Some additional house issues were found during the demolition stage. Michael was great at explaining the issues, presenting different solutions, conscientious of keeping costs down.
