"This husband and wife team has extensive experience in doing the restoration of tile.  They don't cut corners, provided a free estimate, and showed up early and worked until the job was competed.  Our floors look better than new. This husband and wife team take the quality of their work extremely serious. They were professional, prepared and protected the areas, and we felt quite safe even if we had to leave our home while they did the work.  I am so pleased I went with this couple instead of a larger company. Tile Grout Restoration promises and guarantees their work, and we highly recommend them. We had white ceramic tile with grout that had eleven years of  "stuff" in them.  They are now looking like new with a beautiful grout color that complements the tile making it look new, clean and fresh. <br />"

"Throughout the project we found Tony and all of his crew and sub-contractors to be highly skilled, very professional and excellent to communicate with. Tony is like a symphony conductor in the way he directs the work of the various members of his crew and sub-contractors. He orchestrates the scheduling of work to the greatest advantage, so that what needs to be done at any given time is not held up because something else needed to be done first. He communicates very well and personally inspects the work being done almost on a daily basis. I might add that the sub-contractors he uses have worked with him for years and do beautiful work also.  His crew has been with him for many years and they are all master craftsmen and easy to communicate with. At the end of each day's work they clean up the area, pick up tools and materials. They lay down protective floor coverings and cover doorways of work areas to keep down on dust. Tony works very hard to ensure that the customer gets what is asked for with the best possible results. His office people are very friendly, helpful and communicate well with the customer. They will call to let you know if there are changes in the work schedule. They email  updates to the project cost staement, so that you can track expenses. Tony is not going to be the cheapest in price, but you really get what you pay for, with great attention to detail. In our case, we wound up adding some extra work to the project such as additional plumbing work in a half bath, replacing lights in our living room ceiling, etc. Tony and his folks bring years of experience, the skills of mastercraftsmen, and excellent customer relations and communication to the task at hand. We could not be more pleased with our two new bathrooms. I believe Tony is going to post pictures on his facebook page, (I don't know this for a fast because we don't do facebook) Although the business name is Tile By Tony he can do just about any kind of remodeling. We even toured a multistory house that he had remodled from top to bottom including plumbing, electrical, tile, woodwork, floors, changeing of walls, and floorplan, ect. (It was one of the things that helped us decide to use Tony)  We would definitely use them for any future remodeling needs, or for smaller repair jobs. (yes they do that too)  Thanks Tony!"

"This was such a remarkable experience from day one of the start date. Absolutely amazing work and over all outcome. Not only was this just great work but his attention to detail was very impressive and surpasses many in this trade and industry, which is rare these days to say the least. We originally hired Chris to do our full kitchen renovation and sink replacement after immense water damage due to an exisiting leak. We initially were planning to do an ISP grade counter top but he had recommended his most popular and durable option on the market in regards to the style and look we were seeking… and that little recommendation alone was the single most best decision we had made. (Night and day difference in the outcome and the overall look and blending that we were hoping for. Chris and his partner were very helpful and positive thru out this entire process. We had mentioned we had our friends daughters upcoming baby shower approaching in 5 days and had made a joke how nice it would be to have it in by then (semi joking and semi hopeful), and unexpectedly to no avail Chris had it done the impossible and with even a day to spare! In closing Chris and all his employees do all around incredible work, and it is very apparent that he is professional in this line and field of work, and it shows with his day to day. He has a sort of spirit of excellence in all he does and actually makes the customer feel heard and appreciated. We were all very pleased with the final outcome and result of the job and the work and pictures speak for themselves… We know many people looking for granite work and remodels and have passed him on to everyone we know, two in which he has done recently in the last 6 weeks that were referall based, and by no surprise their finished product looked exceptional.
