"He quickly call me after me asking for service, he came in the morning next day and told me he can start ASAP, I said Yes. He came the next day and start working with another person. I asked a few times for the contract or at least a receipt, and he said he was coming the next day to verify everything was good and complete anything that was not done, until this time more than 1 weeks he hasn?t come back , called me back, or emailed my receipt and paperwork. He got the money and disappeared, then I find out he overcharged me for the work, he take advantage of new young homeowner 1st time looking for help. It?s sad because now we don?t trust anyone, We learn our lesson. "

"Wouldn’t recommend or rehire for services. Could never predict if/when installers would arrive, little project oversight on behalf of the company. After finishing the project late, I was disappointed and frustrated with the lack of attention to detail and sloppiness, particularly with the trim and caulking. I will give credit that they offered to come fix the remaining issues that I identified after the install, but I chose not to accept the offer and repaired the issues myself."

They did a wonderful job with all of the carpentry and the prep work for painting. Every day the job site was left spotlessly clean. Our house looks amazing! It looks brand new. I really appreciate their very thorough estimate and how well they communicated. I felt like we were informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them."

"I guess that having serve this country, and risking my life for many years in the United States Armed Forces doesn't mean diddly squat to some.people. This got to be one of the worst home improvement businesses ever, hands down. When you step on a wooden board of your $8,600.00 brand new deck those boards are not suppose to collapse, and cave in. That's because Mr. Matthew never attached, or/screwed those boards to the floor/bottom foundation underneath the deck. The issue is that's not one 1 or 2 boards, is more than 1/2 of the whole deck boards that where not attached/secured to the foundation. Also, as you can see in this photos there is a lot more malfunctions in this project that I have space here to describe. Mr. Mathew will argue all he wants, he may even show photos that "seems" that he did a proper job, but he did not. This photos speaks volumes of this business poor integrity, and worst workmanship principles. I'm posting some videos on Google maps reviews where it really shows in detail these claims"
