"I put out bids got responses from 4 different companies. I put down my basic requirements for the job. License insurance BBB rating and prior jobs references. Fine was the only company that filled all the requirements. Mohammad worked close and stayed in contact to adjust the contract to where I felt comfortable moving forward. Job completed in the time frame that he quoted. He waited for optimal weather and they wrapped things up in 4 days . Minor hiccup with my skylight he sent someone same day I bought it to his attention. Appearance of the job looks great. Only time could tell how durable it is. But for now great job."

"Signed a contract to replace half the roof for $5000 after assurance of no hidden cost and nominal cost for replacing some plywood. Due to rough weather the job was performed 3 weeks after signing. The roofer did not cover the roof with tarp and also spoke to Allstate who denied all my claims for damages. I was billed $1600 in addition to $5000. I have paid the $5000 but I deem the extra billing excessive. I was not informed of the cost for approval. I am willing to come to terms with the contractor and would like Angie’s list to review and work out a compromise. It also points to the level of service offered by the two contractors referred by your company. One bid for $2500 and precision roofing came in at $5000. I signed with Precision because of their assurances as an established company with a fixed cost. It has turned out not to be the case."

"My husband and I contracted Highrize Construction Group (Enea Shira) to remove the old vinyl siding from our house and replace it with White Stucco. We also replaced the roof, facia and gutters. It was a huge job which was a bit intimidating to us as first time homeowners. Enea met with us quite a few times before we booked his company. I called and texted him multiple times throughout the project and he always made himself available and he was on site every day which was a huge comfort. More importantly, he had done work on a number of my neighbors’ homes and came highly recommended. His team was very responsive and got the work done on a short time frame which was great because I needed much of the work done before I moved in to my new home. My floors and skylights look great and I have full confidence in his work. One thing which I really liked is the fact that he is constantly in communication, is always available, and is local. The last part is important because he understands the importance of reputation which gives me full confidence in his work.
