Scrambling to find time to pack, Pro Express suggested to do the packing for us and honestly, it was a blessing. These are all different entities, not a single cohesive company. There is no central coordination or continuity in service. It was the cheapest quote we received and it showed when the job was done. The surveyor was nice when at the home and helpful, but not available to take my calls or answer questions after that. The move coordinator was short, indifferent and rude with a smile.
