"Mr. Monge gave me a low estimate for demolishing my in-ground pool. Turns out it required a lot more fill/soil than his estimate so we bumped up the price. He sent one man by himself to operate a kubota, nobody to spread the stones and fill w/ a shovel. Also it was not compacted so it is soft and shifting in places. The work was supposedly completed last Saturday, here it is now Wednesday and the kubota is still parked in front of my garage. He doesn t answer his phone. I usually give Good reviews, but this guy has made me regret using him."
