"Zane and his helper removed a big, old, eyesore oil tank from the basement. I was told it would have to be cut up in order to fit out the door. Zane quoted the job accurately based on discussion and pictures, showed up as scheduled and did not only a fantastic removal job (without damaging anything), but also did not leave a mess. They brought a shopvac! The area looked so much BETTER after they left than when they arrived. I wish every contractor I hired was as professional as Zane. My experience working with Zane was extremely positive. I cannot recommend him enough and would give him a 5+ star if I could!"

"Honestly - the worst experience ever. TLDR: two faulty installs by the company caused $10,000 damage in our basement and made our basement completely unusable for 9 months. They did our basement in 2020. When a contractor worked in the basement in 2024, he found water everywhere. Ohio State Waterproofing admitted they installed their very expensive waterproofing system incorrectly. We had $10,000 worth of damage because of their faulty install. They said they would redo the system but would NOT pay for the $10,000 damage their faulty install caused. Then to make matters worse, when we went to install our carpet months later (the concrete has to cure), the concrete came up in chunks - Ohio State Waterproofing did a FAULTY INSTALL NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. Our basement was completely unusable for months while the concrete cured AGAIN. Again, they redid the waterproofing a third time but made no effort to compensate us for our unusable basement or stress because of their terrible company."

"Matt, Neil & the team are fantastic! I took over my aunt's home when she moved to senior living. Being 40 minutes away, I couldn't keep up with her lawn. She had used Lawnman for years, so I asked if they would continue until we sold the house. They didn't miss a beat! They responded quickly and knew who my aunt was (even expressing concern that they noticed her declining health but didn't know who to contact about it. How about that? Lawn care with a personal touch!). The team jumped right in with plans to finish out the summer & adjusted the invoicing to me. When I didn't sell the house over the winter as expected, I contacted them this spring - a little late...I forgot until my own lawn was getting crazy. I was sure her lawn would be a jungle, but no worries! They started mowing the next day. When I contacted them about flower beds being overgrown, a team was out the next day to address it.
