Aaron came out immediate to help resolve the issue. After countless hours of debugging and process of elimination with the technical support person from the water heater manufacturer, the issue was finally resolved due to a defect ignition rod from the manufacturer. I want to thank Aaron for his time and effort to restore hot water to my house. Aaron will be my go to plumber if I ever need plumbing help. George"
