"First off "Pat" when called did not bother to let me know, "the customer", that there would be a 150.00 service charge just to come out. When the tech showed up after looking at my system he told me they would change it out for 1700.00. System worked with the key fob, but key pad wasn't familiar so this is what they offer... Crooked bunch and I rather leave my gate open than work with this group again... If I could give minus 5 stars I would... STAY AWAY."
