"Replaced a bathroom sink drain stop and snaked a bathtub for over $500! This price is ludicrous given the complexity of these jobs. While the price was extremely high, Kevin made up for it by showing up a week later with a bacterial formula for corroded pipes! Was not expecting to see or hear from anybody ever again. In addition, the owner called to see how my experience was. Pleased with the customer service, just need to work on pricing and they'd have me as a forever client."

"Jim was very prompt at reaching out to me & was highly accommodating with scheduling. He was extremely thorough in his work and gave advice on maintaining the function of my kitchen sink drain. Renz Plumbing was very reasonably priced and extended a guarantee of their work. I would highly recommend this company to others!"

"The reason I first hire them is to look at the boiler to reconnect the pipe so I can get it tested. The plumber came and he told me he does not do that work. They lock you in with the deposit and so you use it or loose it. The work that was done was okay. To reconnect two 1.5" drain pipes for $450.00 is a lot of crap. I would not hire anyone that would ask for a deposit, for it is the games that they play. Use it and they still charge you more for the job."

"This is a great company. We called them on an emergency basis due to our main sewer line backing up and overflowing into our house. They came out on and snaked the line and got the water draiing again. The owner, Steve, came out the next day due to the clog not being completely removed. He put a camera in the line and diagnosed the problem - a lot of tree roots. He then proceeded to work his tail off for two hours to clear the roots. I know the line will eventually need to be replaced, but at least he bought us some time. Now we can financially plan for the line replacement. In the meantime, Atomic Rooter will be back once a year to prophylactically snake the line so we don't have any further sewage floods - Yuck!"

"Sam's was recommended to me by a neighbor. Came right out to clear my line on a Saturday afternoon. They recommended I replace the sewer clean-out at the time. Just got that replaced. Melissa is responsive, respectful and reasonable."

"At the start, it was really hard to find someone to solve my first bout of water damage, being a first time homeowner. And the offers were mostly focused either on the plumbing or the drywall, never both. But the team behind Economy did both really well and restored the effected damage like it barely happened. Price was reasonable and would recommend for future jobs whenever needed."
