Throughout the day, families and other passersby stopped to watch the work, and it became a small community affair. One retired neighbor, who had worked in construction, sat on a park bench and marveled at the work all day, commenting what a professional team this was. The job was completed by mid-aftgernoon, and cleanup was given as much attention as the construction; except for the "Wet Cement" caution tape, you'd never know so much work had just been done on the site.
