"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

Matt Sicard, the owner, was on site the morning of the installation to ensure the materials arrived on time and that his team had everything they required. He then returned as the installers were completing the work to further ensure everything was correct and to do a walk around with me. The installers did a great job on the set up, installation, and clean up. My wife and I were concerned about there being nails left behind in the yard, as we have a rambunctious dog. "I had a leak that can be seen from a ceiling. Called several roofing companies and got no reply back. Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. Definitely will recommend Global Home Improvement, Inc as a honest and very professional company !"

My only negative comment is that when they finished the job it was dark and so I am finding stuff in the yard that should have been cleaned up. The project manager requested the crew come back to do that and I dont think they ever did based on what I am finding - roofing materials, wood, nails. "

"The first roof they put on was absolutely beautiful, till a solar company came out and in stallled panels decided they did it incorrectly never flashed the holes and other damage from them occurred I then called MTS siding and roofing to come out and estimate the damage I called them because the first experience was great ! He immediately came out an estimate that I found very reasonable was given I believe that following week they were here and ready to work very polite Matt the owner of MTS made himself available that very day the work was being done he explained in detail what would be done which I thought was great it put my mind at ease The crew and foreman were there bright and early on time they were all so polite and happy which made me feel better I knew they wanted to work and was ready for the task at hand they worked efficiently and in a timely manor after the roof was done they were meticulous in the cleanup leaving the property as it looked before hand The nice touch was that if I had any concerns Matt the owner.
