They took great care not to destroy my grass by placing plywood down as they drive their equipment around. "Not a negative thing we can say about Kirch Improvements. This was our first time ever hiring a contractor and making this big of a financial investment so needless to say we were a bit apprehensive going into it. But all we had to do was tell them what we were looking for and they did all the rest of the work. Jaclyn was always prompt in responding to our questions. John and his crew were very professional. All went very well with Zimmerlee Construction in the repair of part of a tear-off new roofing job (by a different roofer) which had resulted in some water seepage issues.

Mike worked on the project himself with another worker. The roof repair (along with some subsequent work by a mason) seems to have taken care of the water seepage issues.  I'd like to thank Mike for his assistance in putting our water issues behind us.
