"I called The Shake Guys because I found some cedar shakes on the ground from the roof of the former White House Inn following a storm that occurred several weeks ago. I was totally impressed with Chad and all the members of the crew that came to do the repair. Their promise of calling back within 24 hours of my leaving my initial message actually happened! Chad came out the next day to review the storm damage. I was totally impressed by his attitude and work ethic about such a small job. The roof was repaired within 48 hours of my making the call! I would HIGHLY recommend Chad and The Shake Guys for any job - large or small. DEFINITELY A 5 STAR â ï¸ COMPANY! A JOB WELL DONE!!"

"They were very professional, they stripped the roof and shingled in one day, they cleaned the entire yard and the price was very reasonable."

"Phoenix roofing did an. Amazing job on our roof. Mike came out and explained everything. He was not over bearing or aggressive like other quotes we had gotten. The roofing cost was good. They were in and out in one day. They did a beautiful job with clean up. We would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone needing a roof."

"Chad and his crew were absolutely amazing. From the first sales call, until the last nail of completion, I knew we could count on him. He had been referred, and we immediately felt comfortable with Chad, as he patiently explained the value in a significant undertaking - this roof will be there another 200 years, the quality is just that good! The work was on-time, professional, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up when they are done. We plan to use Metal Roofs Direct for other roofs when the time comes!"

"Great communication, great cleanup , great service. Would definitely use again. Thanks to the great crew for a great new roof!"

"No clean up - the clean up is failing, the communication wasn't good. I never heard of a company that doesn't provide you with an invoice or give you something stating that it was paid in full. They didn't even offer to send a receipt. They told me they don't send invoices when I requested one. You have to babysit their crew. Customer pays the price for the job because you can't communicate since they don't speak English. Communication failed."

"Professional service, with a personal touch. Completed gutter drains, with no mess can barely tell where they put them. Very detail oriented. Highly recommend these guys! Will use them again for next home project."

We are family owned and operated roofing company.

"Mike and his crew did an excellent job on my roof. I had a 2 layer tear off along with other unforeseen issues and everything was taken care of correctly the 1st time. Mike spent the time with me explaining what needed to be done in order for the new roof to last and answered every question that I had. Mike and his crew also installed my new gutters and some facia that had rotted over the years from the last 2 roofs not being installed correctly. His crew did an outstanding clean up job and even came back after completion to pick up any residual waste that appeared. I am extremely happy with Mikes services and I would highly recommend him to friend's, neighbors and my own clients."
