"Owner Jeff Miller promised that his technician could clean and polish the marble surfaces to a 'mirror shine' - and he did. My only complaint is that I was not prepared for how messy the process would be. The technician used a single drop cloth, but after he left, there was a fine dust over everything in the bathroom and bedroom, and a grit on the floor that I had to damp mop to remove. However, the floors and counter tops looked terrific. I highly recommend the company - but be prepared to cover all your surfaces beforehand."

"Great! Steven really knows his business and his only concern is making sure the customer is satisfied. I am extremely satisfied with the job he did, and he was incredibly nice all the while. He never seemed to be concerned about rushing to the next job...he took his time and did the job right. I had previously hired sears to come out and clean these same carpets, and$250 later, sears left the carpets exactly as they found them. Steven would not do that...he did the job right the first time, and it was worth the money! The $350 I paid Steven included a carpet protection service, by the way. Sears did not include that I highly recommend Steven for any carpet cleaning needs."
