John patiently worked with us prior to the installation in deciding on siding options, colors, and trim and was always available to answer all of our questions. We had a little trouble with the latch - not his fault; it's how Andersen milled the holes - and a great measure of someone you hire is how things turn out in the end when everything isn't perfect out of the box.
