"I closed on a house that had wall-to-wall carpet in most of the rooms a week before going on vacation. I contacted Five Star and Ricardo responded right away, we scheduled for him to come see the job that needed to be done (he was very punctual), and did the work while I was away and the house was still empty. I had 2 other estimates and his price was the most reasonable. Since the house was empty and some of the work had to be done at night there were some minor issues such as a few staples (literally about 5) that were not fully removed and a spot that was missed due to lack of adequate lighting. Ricardo showed up to take care of those issues himself. Ricardo was alway courteous and professional."

Then, the third day he came by with his sister to stain the deck. He wore a mask every time he spoke with my husband and I and kept a six foot distance. He was excellent at communicating with me. This is the second time I have used Brian. He is reliable and gave me a great price. He did a standup, excellent job. Thank you, Brian.
