"They installed a basement sump pump quickly and professionally"

"I had a great experience working with Basement Systems USA. These guys were very professional, hardworking, and clean. They told me exactly what I needed to do and I was glad I went with their suggestions. I always had leak issues and occasionally my old sump pump wouldnâ t even work. I can truly forget about it now even in the worst of storms. In fact, that happened the following weekend after they left! A big storm came through and we even lost power for a couple of hours. The backup battery they installed let the sump pump keep working perfectly. Talk about just in time!"

"Dan and his team were both efficient and knowledgeable. They installed a french drain sump pump and made repairs to our footings at our residence three years ago and not a drop of water since then! Thats why we recommended them for the work we recently did at our church. The crew installed a complete system with two sumps and pumps in two days! From start to finish they did an outstanding job at competitive prices using quality materials. The clean up was amazing as well! Except for the new concrete, you would never know all of the work that was involved! I highly recommend Dan and the Basement Guruâ s for all of your water infiltration/foundation needs!!! You wont be disappointed!!!"

"They did a good job. The only thing was about asking me for the power cable to the sump pump - it was setup but without a power line"

"Very professional. I had a sump pump and backup pump installed as well as a hot water heater. Both guys did a great job. Both items are working beautifully. My husband and I could not be more pleased. Done Right Today will be the company we call with our next plumbing problem."

"They performed the work quickly and the guy was nice but the charge was 480 for a clearing a basement accessible drain. Got quotes from other for 150-350~ for clearing the same drain but wouldn’t come out as soon as DE plumbing pros. Seems very overpriced and wouldn’t use again unless I absolutely had to. Their customer service was good and theirs plumbers professional."

"The job was to put a sump pump and French drain into a crawl space off my basement. It was completed in a timely fashion. They removed all material in the crawl space and also sprayed an anti mold solution. When I called company to ask questions Jason kindly explained the answer."

"I placed an Angi service request and choose the first responder. I needed to replace the sewage ejector sump pump, and during the total basement plumbing inspection, a leak was discovered on the main line of the hot water boiler, with evidence of water around the base of the tank of the boiler area. After a discussion with the technician, I eventually decided to replace both items."
