"We had a abasement apartment that was a Mess... Krause Construction came in and gutted our bathroom and kitchen. Redesigned both . Redid all the plumbing and electrical. Put a pocket door going into the bathroom which worked out great. Put new flooring in all rooms. We had them put a barn door going into the play room. Great job I love it. They put 5 new windows in the apartment. Painted all walls. Also redid my so called laundry room. Now it looks like a laundry room. Yea! New walls and floor. Krause Construction did an excellent job. My husband and I love the crew they were great guys. Not only was the work excellent but they kept us informed of what they were doing. When they started we said take your time. BUT my husband and I had someone special to us coming into town and asked if we could have the apartment done a lot sooner. "Mr. Lemus has an excellent crew that gets right to work. We had 10 yards of mulch and three yards of Leafgrow delivered that morning and by the end of the day our flower beds were all edged and mulched, the lawn was aerated and has a top "dressing" of three yards of Leafgrow and the place looks fantastic. This was a long day for these guys -- finished up at about 6PM but wow I was super impressed. Mr. Lemus is friendly and very accommodating. His crew is polite and very respectful -- always yes, sir or yes ma'am. Really, I'd recommend them to anyone. The name says it all -- quality work at reasonable prices. Love these guys!"

"Excellent. I really enjoyed meeting Eric. He and his staff were awesome from the very beginning. Everything was explained step by step and the workers were so polite and friendly, always smiling. Pouring concrete for a pathway or driveway can wreak havoc in your yard, but these guys were so meticulous and careful to only drive on my lawn and put dirt on my lawn. (I have a semi-detached home). They cleaned up everything nicely and even reseeded my grass where the track marks from the truck were. I have already contracted with GPRO for some additional landscaping. "Kurt (Distinct Landscapes) performed an exception makeover to our property. We have owned our home for 20 years, with an eye on a landscape design to the house front - that pops. What we inherited were azaleas and christmas trees that continued to grow more expansive over the years. I provided Kurt with my budget and blessing to take the necessary design/purchase/installation steps necessary to dazzle. He did not disappoint! Kurt was a joy to work with, paying several visits to our property to discuss proposed layout and educate newcomers concerning the finer points of horticulture - in laymen's terms.
