I got a call back within a few hours of my initial inquiry. They were at my place within a few days to take measurements for an estimate.
Their price was best among four equally rated Angie's List companies (although still alot for 60 ft of fence in my opinion.)  These guys seemed eager to please and were very willing to work with me to reach a mutually agreeable price. 
BEWARE...  without lots of room to work, your flower/gardens closests to the fence will either have to be moved or will get trampled. 
On our first work day there was a minor scheduling error and the team did not show up or call.  Oh no - but wait!  The Neale brothers are completely professional. I understand errors like this happen and they were fast to apologize and make it right for me. 
Overall this small company was well worth my time and money.
The final product is beautiful and we are happy.

"We have used Freestate to periodically trim our trees and always found Ben (owner) to be professional and more than fair in his pricing. When the heavy winds came through Friday a large tree split and a huge brach (more like a small tree - see photo) crashed down on our neighbor's roof, puncturing it. Our neighbor didn't know who to call so I called Ben. He happened to be in our neighborhood dealing with another downed tree and said he'd come over that night; and he did. The crew off-loaded some heavy machinery and promised to be back in the morning. Promise kept. By end of that day (Saturday) the branch was off the roof, the the split tree (a 70 footer) was down and the crew temporarily patched the neighbor's roof. While they were here I asked Ben to take down two other white pines that are notorious for shallow roots and fragile limbs. He did so at a great price. The neighbors and I are extremely satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

The first attempt at restoring my patio with replacing the polymeric sand in all the joints didn't go as planned, largely in part of the rainy weather and perhaps some areas where the crew, in my opinion, could have done a better job. The job was paid it full but 2-3 days later, it was quite apparent that the entire job would need to be repeated from scratch. Whereas most other companies, particularly those were already paid in full, would have considered the job "done" and not listened to their client's concerns, Eric and his company DID listen and very promptly returned to the site to determine how to repeat the work with an outcome that was clean, great, and has already received compliments from neighbors and friends. "Provider was responsive and provided a written estimate. Price was in the middle of the three quotes I received. The crew arrived over an hour later than expected; this type of work is difficult to schedule, but a quick call to notify me they'd be late would have raised my overall rating. Once they arrived they immediately set to work without checking in, but they were perfectly courteous when I made my way back to talk to them. The work was conducted with care, and there was no damage to the nearby fence or lines. The stump was cut to approximately ground level - it was not ground out entirely, but given that I didn't request that and given the tree's location in an already-densely-wooded strip, this is entirely reasonable. Cleanup was excellent - I believe the crew left my carport cleaner than it was when they arrived. Overall it seemed to be good quality work at a good price.
