"BR flooring was able to obtain a perfect match for the existing hardwood in the house, which saved us a ton of time, money, and aggravation. They provided us with samples so we could check the match ahead of time. They completed the flooring work very quickly and executed it flawlessly, they look just like the other floors in the house. The stairs they put in at first unfortunately did not match the floors nor the existing railing. This made me a bit nervous at first, because often times you don't know if you've hired a good company until something goes wrong. When we brought up the problem, BR flooring stood behind their work and completely sanded and refinished the steps to match the existing railing as we originally wanted and everything came out well in the end. I am very happy with this company because they both did great flooring work and had the integrity to fix all problems that arose with no fuss."

"It went well, and we would re-hire. They were able to schedule a team at relatively short notice, arrived promptly, worked quickly and we were very happy with the end result. Aaron was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The only hiccup we had was in choosing the stain color, as the tint we planned to use didn´t look the same on our wood as it had in photos of previous work they had done. This required a couple of trips back to the store by the foreman to buy alternative samples. I recommend visiting a hardwood flooring store or Home Depot to pick a tint, rather than relying on just reviewing their Instagram feed."

Willie walked/talked us through the entire process which was very helpful for us since this was our 1st home renovation using a contractor. They took the time to cover the work area, keeping the demolition dust to a minimum. "Overall we had a great experience with American Kitchen Concepts. We purchased an eighteen year old home that needed a little updating, particularly in the kitchen. We also wanted to continue the existing oak wood floors from the other rooms into the kitchen and family room (open kitchen concept). We decided the extensive flooring project should be done before moving in, so as soon as our offer was accepted and the home inspection was scheduled I contacted several companies that specialized in kitchen renovations to come out and give us a quote during the home inspection. Many of the contractors weren’t will to come out without us actually owning the home yet, but Dan Millard with American Kitchen Concepts was willing to meet with us. Dan was prompt and very accommodating during the home inspection. He was also easy going about the few other competitors that came out to give us similar quotes at the same time. What I enjoyed most about Dan in comparison to the other contractors was that he seemed trustworthy and willing to work with our budget to help us get what we wanted but could also afford. After we signed the contract with Dan he was great about assisting us with selecting our kitchen design. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing. He was helpful and gave suggestions when needed. The project did cost more than we originally expected, but this mostly due to the refinishing of the existing wood floors in the entire main level of the house so that the new wood floors in the family room and kitchen would match. And as far as timeline, the project stayed mostly on schedule. We had a one week delay at the start, but the project was completed before our official move in date. I’ve heard that delays with renovation projects are common, and that one week was minor compared to others experiences. I do think that our renovation was probably simpler than most. We didn’t reconfigure anything. Basically American Kitchen Concepts took out the outdated aspects of the kitchen and replaced them with a newer, updated look. Our renovation didn’t require moving any walls, or switching the plumbing around, or anything as complicated as that. We did have some changes to the electrical, but nothing too major. When I look at our new kitchen design I am really happy with the final product. Dan took the ideas that I suggested and made it a reality for us. We are more than satisfied with our kitchen remodel, and would recommend American Kitchen Concepts to others."

"Excellent job! The floor was old and I thought about removing it. Called them, John came out and said they could resand the floor and replace tiles. He understood it was also a radiant heat floor and came up with a solution and quote that was fair. Workers arrived on time, cleared room, sealed off room from rest of house and got to work. After sanding the floor looked amazing, and after staining and 2 coats of oil based polyurethane (right solution) it looked incredible. All COVID precautions taken, John came back to check in during the job and afterwards for walk through. This was a very good job at a reasonable price. I'm extremely happy with the results and will call them again in 50 years when I need to re-do the floor. In the meantime it should be fine until then :-)"
