"MCM came in when a previous installer was not able to start the work in the promised time. The project took longer than expected, but not entirely their fault. The old wood in one room was installed with the wrong adhesive and was a mess to remove. The finished work is outstanding. And they went "above and beyond the call of duty" in offering to clean my roof and fix wood rot caused by water seepage at no extra cost. They are at the top of my list for the next home repair job. "This was alright. The carpet was pretty bad so he couldn’t guarantee it could be cleaned by doing a normal cleaning so he had to get the brush out and do a scrub on it. The steam cleaner wouldn’t have cleaned it properly. He did a fine job on it and it the carpet cleaning. I wouldn’t use him again because he is far out of town."
