"Kevin is awesome! I own a condo in Dorchester and we have a sprinkler system that was installed when the house was renovated. We were using the company who installed the system for service and they were the worst - We had pipes burst last year and this year because they took too long to come winterize the system and they froze. With cold weather on the way and no response from the original installer, I decided that I should look up a few new companies online. I reached out to a handful on a Sunday and Kevin responded within 30 minutes. We spoke about the system and the problems we had with the frozen pipes, and he gave me his cell phone number and set up a time for him to swing by the next day. As planned, Kevin came the next day (Monday) to winterize the system and shut off the water. So even though I reached out on Sunday evening at 5 PM, everything was done within 24 hours of reaching out. Kevin was courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and we’ll be using him every spring/fall now to maintain our system. Prices were completely reasonable and in line with what I’ve seen everywhere else."
