The project included a complete kitchen remodel, custom cabinets, plumbing, electrical, ceramic tiles, and all new plaster walls. "Everything about the job that Mike Bauman and the Bauman Remodeling team did was SUPERIOR! We were in a position to need our bathroom remodeled, including walls, converting a tub to a shower, new lighting, new fixtures and complete tiling within a tight time frame. We also found that we could on his experience and good taste for design ideas. While Bauman Remodeling is not the least expensive, they are reasonable (not the most expensive quote either) and worth every penny to have quality workmanship and a beautiful bathroom! "Pedro Quissanga was wonderful throughout the process. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. We recommend Crystal Renovations without reservation and have several neighbors using them now for small-to-medium sized projects."

"Edian and his crew were so professional and kind. I say kind because we did not have a general contractor so Edian had to deal directly with me-the homeowner. I have no experience in project management and our kitchen project was a complete gut job-down to the studs including the floor. Edian was patient with me and discussed all my concerns - as small and as big with a smile and kindness. He even got down on the floor with me to discuss the threshold situation we had from tile to wood floor. No question was too stupid for him to answer. We had a huge delay midway thru the project -we discussed our options - made a plan and Edian followed through. Meaning he stopped our project for several weeks and returned on the day he said that he would. I can not say enough about the work. My kitchen is gorgeous. I would hire him again when we need more work done. I have done many renovations and at the end of the job - I hate the contractor—not this time. I would have him for dinner!!!!"

"We are very happy with Sanfer and his crew. This was our first major remodel and we were prepared for the worst. After meeting several contractors, we chose Sanfer because he came in with a lot of great ideas and instilled a confidence that other did not. He was very honest about managing expectations and also keeping us updated about delays (2020/21 has been extremely busy for contractors). The previous owners had done a lot of bad DIY but Sanfer assured me it was nothing they couldn’t handle and eased my anxiety. Everyone on the crew was very nice and respectful and the communication was top notch. Sanfer always responds to texts and emails in a timely manner and you will not find any “lazy” people on these team! They will do whatever to get the job done.
