The project included a complete kitchen remodel, custom cabinets, plumbing, electrical, ceramic tiles, and all new plaster walls. "Everything about the job that Mike Bauman and the Bauman Remodeling team did was SUPERIOR! We were in a position to need our bathroom remodeled, including walls, converting a tub to a shower, new lighting, new fixtures and complete tiling within a tight time frame. "Pedro Quissanga was wonderful throughout the process. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. We recommend Crystal Renovations without reservation and have several neighbors using them now for small-to-medium sized projects."

"Sanfer and team were great to work with for the addition of closets in a bedroom as well as for adding an entirely new bathroom on our 3rd floor. Along with all new plumbing and electric it also included a new, ducted mini-split heating system for that zone. His pricing was in line with the other companies I spoke with and he ultimately was the winning bid due to his collaboration during the process. it was a blank room and we worked on a few different layouts to get it right!From a management standpoint, there were sub-contractors needed(electrical and plumbing requires a licensed individual to pull permits in my city) and multiple inspections were required and he did a great job managing all of those moving parts in a timely fashion. All in all, I'd hire Sanfer again and plan to talk to him about a deck and kitchen remodel."
