He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. "I hired Boston Sunshine Floors to install new floor in a 1 bedroom apartment. The process was very easy from start to finish. They removed old carpeting, leveled the old floor, and then installed new luxury vinyl. They showed up as scheduled and finished the job in one day. Floor looks amazing! "They didn't do the gas part. I had to get my own gas guy to disconnect and connect the gas part. They were very prompt and responsive and everything. What I liked is, they accommodated me. They were very prompt and they knew my situation because I had a tenant waiting to move in. So they really did it real fast. In that sense, they really accommodated me. Their documentation was not really professional. It was just a simple e-mail. Even though they put it into a lot of heads, it could have been more professional and broken down. The work turned out great, there were no issues. I would recommend that they do a lot more detailed professional quote, not just like a lumped kind of thing. They were very good guys."

"We were renovating a small bathroom by ourselves and selected beautiful large format tiles for the shower. They are 3 ft x 3 ft Porcelain and were beyond our capability to install them. We spoke with three contractors to handle the installation and selected D Alba Construction based upon 1) The rapid response and ability to start the job quickly, 2) The attention to details during discussions of various options, 3) Their emphasis regarding quality and customer satisfaction, and 4) A fair price We could not be happier. From the prep-work to ensure the job wouldn't mess up the rest of the house, and the application of waterproofing material that I had overlooked, to the final cleanup, they were professional and extremely competent. The installation was perfect, as was the follow-on job of plaster work to blend in the walls and ceiling surfaces with the newly placed tiles. We will definitely use them again and are already having conceptual discussions for bigger projects in the Fall."

They did an excellent job of installing 1100 square feet of hardwood in my apartment, and they did it on the time-table that they promised.
