"Joe and his team are awesome! I was interested in turning my larger laundry room into a full bath and my half bath into the laundry room. Joe was very easy to work with, responsive and supportive of my design. I asked for his advice on a lot of details along the way and everything he recommended turned out great with his years of experience. His team worked quickly but with the best quality, the overall turnaround time from first meeting him to complete was about two months. If I was not happy with something, Joe made sure things were fixed. I also asked for an accent wall and floating custom shelves which were not simple and they did an amazing job. I plan to continue to use Joe for other projects and highly recommend him for all renovation work. I truly am so happy with how the work turned out and I have my dream bathroom!"

"After hearing multiple horror stories about construction companies, we expected a bit of a struggle with anyone we hired for our project. Perry Brothers Construction was a breath of fresh air and exceeded our expectations. Our initial visit was with the President of the company, who made us feel confident in the services they could provide to make our dream kitchen a reality. After meeting with the Project Manager and another team member, we started the exciting process to do a full kitchen renovation and then some. Communication was never stagnant, and every question we had was answered quickly, and when a change was required, it was seamless. They brought in professionals for every phase of different work (cabinets/carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc). Every team member that worked the various projects within the renovation was professional, efficient, present, and personable. "Edian retrofitted my french door closet with folding doors which were needed to create space. It turned out a bigger job than I expected because standard new doors were too wide for the old opening. Edian offered several options for solving this problem; he considered cost, time, noise, and amount of dust/ debris generated. Ultimately, he replaced parts of the old door casing and installed new doors. I am thrilled with the result! Edian was attentive to details and I appreciate that he cleaned thoroughly at the end of the job. Would recommend and look forward to working with him again!"

"I highly recommend using Scott Curtice for any renovation project no matter how complex it is. We bought a house that was over a hundred years old that had not been renovated for decades. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. He spent several sessions reworking his plan always taking into account our needs and desires. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. His team was efficient in their work and they were all always reliable. In fact, many of our neighbors were astounded that all subcontractors worked on the home daily and that they actually were busy the entire time they were at our house. In addition, the lines of communication between ourselves and Scott, as well as his subcontractors, were always open. They kept us abreast of the project's updates and always made suggestions for ways to improve the work for aesthetics and/or cost savings ideas. "We have employed a number of contractors over the years in the process of updating our 1860's Victorian. However, our experience with John Moylan and his crew was the best ever. They were here every single day. There was absolutely no lag time, and they completed the job of opening walls to create an open concept, refinishing the space from floor to ceiling, remodeling the bathroom, and installing new windows, all in record time. What we appreciated the most was the thought and care they put into the work. John talked over every single step and thought through the renovation from every angle. He did what he could to save us money without cutting corners. On the whole, the quality of the work, the efficiency, knowledge and skills left us very impressed. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves every day, and helped out by running a number of errands related to the renovation.
