"I have found Perry Brothers Construction on Angie's List last year when I needed someone to install replacement windows in my 110 year old home. Because their bid was the most competitive and their work exceptional, I have since hired them to do a number of other home projects for me. Their work is impeccable, the crew is outgoing, friendly and respectful of my home, they clean up after themselves, and they go out of their way to ensure satisfaction. Bill (one of the owners) even talked me out of buying an expensive wooden beam for my living room ceiling. Instead, his crew built one for me using antique barn wood. Not only is the beam beautiful, Bill saved me $1.2k as well! I have already referred Perry Brothers to my neighbor who has since hired them to renovate her bathroom. And I am happy to refer them to anyone else looking for a reliable contractor."

"Joe and Silmac were hired to do a complete gut and renovation of my master bath to something sleek and modern that my designer and I had put together. I got the recommendation for Joe from a friend who did two bathroom renos with him and the work was beautiful. This bathroom scale was much larger and the quality of the work was top notch. Joe is a perfectionist and it shows, he wants it done perfectly and for you to be happy. I even tacked on adding a wall and enclosing my office space part way through the bathroom and Joe executed that with speed and helped me to make some fast decisions. Joe is responsible obtaining all the necessary permits and inspections and hires quality people. The final product of the bathroom is just what I dreamed. The only major snag we encountered was the shower glass supplier (who was not Joes usual supplier) encountered some delays in the delivery and it impacted timing for the final completion of the project. I’d recommend Silmac again wholeheartedly!"

"Jonathan and Joe were great to work with.  They were extremely easy to work with and offered some creative solutions to meet the needs of our family. 
We decided on a total basement remodel after some water damage to the basement.  After we got the water issue worked out, we had some folks come by and give us estimates on the job.  Jonathan was right there with the other quotes and offered some great ideas on our visit. 
We ripped out the existing flooring, walls, ceiling, insulation, and wiring.  With the basement space, we built a theater room with projector and all media wiring, a game room (for the kids :)), an office, an exercise room, and additional closets for a netork room and storage.  We also installed a whole basement dehumidifier to ensure we don?t have that ?basement smell".  To help reduce the cost of the project, we left the finishing touches at ourdiscretion to finish.  This included the painting and floors.  We had some carpet laid out in the theater room and we're still looking for the right tile for the remainder of the basement.
It?s been a year since the project was finished and we are still totally satisfied with the results.
