Once the partially constructed modular were placed connections and finishes were made by knowledgeable plumbing, electric, tile, paint, insulation, siding, flat roof subcontractors. We were in constant contact w KinsellaBuilt and kept informed of progress being made. Were there delays and a few overruns, during COVID, of course. All were circumstances beyond anybody’s control.
