"This is a utility cellar in an old house, it is not used for any other purpose. My husband and I vacuumed the walls and took down the cobwebs before Drini came to do the work--a one day re-pointing job. We had a total of three estimates, all contractors, including Drini, told us it was a small job, one day. We chose Father and Son because his price was half of the next lowest bid. <br /> He arrived on time for both the estimate and the work. He was pleasant, efficient and very good. He scraped down the walls with a wire brush to remove the lose mortar, dug out larger pieces and refilled them. Very straightforward. The work was excellent--all the lines were clean and straight. He cleaned up after themselves and left. <br /> He estimated that the work would take 8 hours; it took 7.  <br /> I would use him again. <br />"

"We waited a couple years to have this patio redone, being on an existing concrete slab we were limited with options or to pay to have the patio totally removed and fresh from start, which was out of our price ability. Dane - was the first to give us options and ideas, he had to go out of state to get a thinner patio brick that was not available around here. We find limited contractors able to work with the old construction. New patio, new steps, landscaping to add dimension to the back yard with a fire pit for ambiance. The test was how it word work with snow and rain drainage this year, we always had back up in front of the steps making it a hazard to walk onto ice. Perfect pitch - no more drainage issues. I would recommend Dane to put in a patio and would use him again. I am pleased to put up pictures as you can see the transformation for yourself. Ican't wait for our new slider chairs to put near the fire pit come in! Dane also repaired a retaining wall that did not have proper drainage and he was able to use the existing bricks to save us money. No one else would give us that option when there was nothing wrong with the bricks, they needed to be rebuilt!"

"Noah and his team are outstanding!! From the very first email we sent asking for a quote all the way through the entire project, not a single bad thing to say. Noah set a time to come out and take a look at our project, showed up on time and ready to go. We walked him through the details of what we wanted to do, showed him plans we had drawn up, he listed to us, suggested changes and / or different ways to look at things, answered all of my inane, contemptibly ignorant construction questions and got right back to us with a quote. The quote was fair, nothing was hidden, everything spelled out. Noah walked us through the entire process, explained what was going on, did daily walk-through's with us answering all of our questions and addressing any items that we brought up (there weren't many and those that we did have were VERY minor). The work was done exactly how Noah described, any changes reviewed with us first, again there weren't many needed. We were made aware of any potential delays, all of which were inspection / materials related, so we were never left wondering what was going on. His crew was fantastic, professional, personable, punctual, etc. Always on time and always working. EVERY night they left the site clean and organized, there was never a mess left behind. When the job was done you everything was clean and move in ready.... If I didn't live there I never would have known that they had done all that work, everything was tied into the existing footprint perfectly and left spotless.
