"Fresh Coat of Annapolis was simply wonderful. They were the low bidder for my job by a meaningful amount and did a beautiful job. They did a great job working with us when paint colors didn't look like we had expected (100% our fault because we had picked colors online). They did the job very quickly and went above and beyond. For example, they had to power wash the Hardie Plank before painting, and while they were at it they took care of the decks (for no added charge). And while we certainly didn't have them bid to clean our gutters, they seem to have done that too while they were up on the roof to paint the second floor and trim. We also had them put a coat of water seal on the fence. The work was great. The guys that showed up at the house were friendly and professional. They got the done in less time than I expected, and everything looked great. Then, they came back a couple of days later, after the fence had a chance to dry, and put on the water seal.
