"Upon requesting an estimate to install a new water heater, Niko contacted me immediately and provided me with a very good price for purchasing and installing the new water heater and removing the old one. I had no hot water and needed the job done ASAP. Niko arrived within less than 2 hours, installed the new water heater within 2 hours with no problem. He also installed two new shut off valves (the hot valve was missing and the cold valve was very old) and a new faucet for my kitchen sink, which I had already purchased, all for a very good price. Niko and Dori worked together very well. They were very polite, accommodating, worked quickly and left everything neat and clean. "The technician Daniel K provided me with options to solve a problem with a toilet that would not flush properly due to an object stuck in the pipe. When he was unable to remove the obstruction by snaking the drain, he explained the reasons why, and we went to plan B. Daniel was able to identify the need to replace the toilet, returned to the shop to get the new parts, and came back to the building within an hour. The toilet was installed quickly and he hauled the old toilet out for disposal. The service call was scheduled on a Saturday afternoon and the work was performed on a SUNDAY-- Daniel contacted me ahead of the 12pm-4pm service window and arrived early. Other plumbing companies who listed weekend hours were unresponsive and did not take the time to return my voicemails-- even during the following week. Glad I found Petri.
