"I would like to recommend Joshua Smith as a Tesla installer and overall electrician. He did a great job for my wife and I on the installation of our powerwall 3 and car chargers within our garages as well as trouble shooting some other electrical problems at our new home at Smith Mountain Lake. Additionally, he answers phone calls and shows up on time. Again, we highly recommend Joshua."

They communicated clearly throughout the entire process and made everything stress-free and easy to understand. What stood out most was their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction. It’s hard to find businesses these days that genuinely go above and beyond, but this company absolutely did. The work was completed on time, exceeded my expectations, and the quality was outstanding! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional service. I will definitely be using them again in the future!"

"We had a massive leak in the shower of the guest bathroom. Since plumbing was one of the systems covered by our warranty with choice, I went on-line and filed a claim. I git an immediate response assigning me a claim number for reference and later that day received an appointment notice....GREAT customer service. The plumber arrived, at the time specified, and was immediately able to pin point the problem. (a defective shower cartridge) I have used Choice Home Warranty multiple times as my home ages and they pay for the replacement parts if needed. My "deductible" is a $45 fixed rate for the service call, no matter how long, or complicated the repair is. I absolutely am delighted with the customer service, fast response, low cost of a service visit, and NO surprises, or "fine print" excuses regarding coverage. They provide a list, in writing, of what is covered and what is not and do not deviate so I make sure my problem is on the list before filing a claim."

"Excellent! I got an immediate automated message when I downloaded the vendor list. Jason responded within 5 - 10 minutes after I emailed my problem (this was around 11:00 PM on a Sunday by the way). I explained my situation and an appointment was set for Monday morning. Will and Nick showed up on time and were professional - courteous and conscientious! They knew exactly what they were doing - troubleshot my problem quickly. Also, compliments to whoever manages their digital marketing program because it really stands out relative to their competitors."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Service has been fantastic, they added wiring, panels, all the electrical work. They provided more than I bargained for, they followed up well."
