"Our roof is only a few years old, but the company that installed it has gone out of business.  So when our roof started leaking we looked on Angie's list to find someone who could fix it.  Doug from Lanier roofing called us back and came out to give us an estimate the very same day we initially called. He told us that they have an $850 minimum for jobs so most likely the work would be cheaper than that, but he was still willing to give us an estimate.  He spent time in our attic and outside inspecting the roof.  Told us what he suspected the problem was and that it would be much less than the $850 minimum they require. So although we did not use their services because the job was too small, we were impressed with their customer service and would consider them in the future.  Doug even called us back later to mention one other possibility that might be causing the leak.  We were impressed that he did this even though he knew we wouldn't be using their company this time. <br /> <br />"

All of the materials used are of a higher quality than the original roof. When the old roof was removed he also found some rotted decking because the roofers that put on the original roof did not seal up their toe board holes. I made a call to them at 12:30pm on a Friday and David returned my call in 30 minutes.They told me they would be at my house by 3pm for an estimate. They arrived early at my house at 2:30pm.  David took pictures of the places around my chimney and the rest of my roof that were causing the leaks and explained how they would do the repairs.
