"Greg was very informative and had pictures of the products available to replace my old roof. He matched the shingles to a more recent shed that was built which was great. Responds promptly to text and kept me informed through the entire process. The crew working on my roof were very polite, hard working and you’d never know they had been to my house. I love my new roof and would recommend Greg and his team to anyone who is looking to replace their roof and reasonably priced. I can’t thank you guys enough for an amazing job you did!!!"

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. Thanks, Floors Sag or Shake!"

"Best roofing job ever. In my line of work it’s hard to find honest, professional, and punctual people. Sean and his crew do top-notch work and highly recommend them!"

"Joseph showed up in a timely fashion, introduced himself and proceeded to ask me about the reason for his visit. He was tasked to fix a known issue and did so with great results so far. He took the time to take photos and explain to me his plan to remedy the issue. He then fixed the problem and showed me the finished results. In addition he fixed the other issues he discovered during his examination of my roof. He took the time to explain about a couple of additional questions I had regarding my roof. Overall I was very impressed with Joseph and plan on asking him back in the future for any other roofing needs we have. Almost forgot he was very prompt, courteous and easy to schedule via email and phone conversations before he arrived as well."

"Excellent, from beginning to end. Special thanks to Devon for calming all my fears. The installation crew did an amazing job. This is a very professional, top notch company. I will not hesitate to refer them to my family, neighbours and friends. Thank you for a job well done. My roof looks so good."

"I had a leak in my roof and contacted Preferred Roofing and Restoration, LLC. I was referred to them by my neighbor and must say I am satisfied and impressed by their professionalism and customer service. The roof inspector John came out and inspected my roof and made me feel comfortable with filing a storm damage claim for hail and wind damage from start to finish. I will recommend them to anyone in need of professional roofing contractors in the area.

"I needed a new roof on my house. The representative of this company, Austin Eure, was very efficient in helping me get the roof I needed for my home. He first checked out the roof then he returned to my home to be here with the inspector from my insurance company. Austin helped me with the paperwork I needed to fill out for my insurance company. He showed me the different roofing tiles I could choose. The following week, roofing tiles came to my home and a little while later, a dumpster arrived. Two days later, a crew came to install my roof. Before I knew it, blue tarp was around my house to collect the old tiles. A layer of black paper made it on my roof and soon the new roof tiles were being installed. Since it was done last month, December of 2020, the day ran out and the job still needed to be completed. Within a day, a couple of men came to finish the job. My yard was completely cleaned before these men left my property. They used a magnetic roller to collect the leftover nails from my lawn. The yard was raked and the driveway was swept in order to get all the nails picked up. Within a day of completing the job, someone came to get the dumpster. I would highly recommend Tru-Top Roofing for anyone considering getting a new roof."
