"The first person who came out was really prompt and assisted me with getting our garage door secured after it got stuck half way broken due to a combination of old age (15+ years) and kids playing with it. He worked with me in getting the mechanical part of the garage door covered by my home warranty company and gave me a quote and a Friday delivery date all within 45mins.
