"The Owner is very very experienced. He monitors the work closely and check on work multiple times a day. Workers are also very experienced. They got a stucco report and open every site sampled. Some of the areas were clean and/or had treated wood under the stucco. Couple areas had extensive damage. They track back /open up until they got all the damage area exposed and they found the source of water leak. Fix the areas and re-stucco from one seam to another. The work was extensive with changing out of flashings, drain at the balconies and bottom of the house and seal ALL sites including the windows /doors sites at the top of the house and the roof area. Overall felt like the work was done by experienced, old school stucco guys."

"We decided to use JVJ Plastering Stucco after reviewing many contractors to repair multiple stucco cracks, window/stucco leaks, and paint the entire house. Hugo and his team were always punctual, kept their work area clean, and completed the work professionally and with minimal inconveniences for myself and my neighbors. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, did an excellent job, and provided a one-year warranty on the work performed (something many contractors refused to do). We would highly recommend this business to our friends and family, and would definitely use them in the future."

"Eric was very professional and understood what we wanted. We had to change the schedule because we found some problems with the exterior that had to be addressed before it could be finished. Everything needed to be done before the end of June. So, the exterior was completed the first week of June. With us being on the schedule starting June.23rd to do the interior panting and the floors to be completed by June 27th. They neglected to put us on the schedule to have the floors done. But were able to find someone to work through the weekend and have the floors completed by Sunday, June 29th. We had to post pone our company arriving until Tuesday, July 1st so that the floors would be completely ready. We also had to put our furniture back before everyone arrived. 1 month after the exterior was competed, during the July 4th holiday, the exterior paint started peeling up. I texted Eric with a picture and spoke to him on July 8th. He was going to come by and take a look at it, but never got back with me. I also just texted him again on August 11th. We still haven't heard from him. I am disappointed that this issue has not been addressed. Until this issue is resolved, I can not recommend using them.

"Did an outstanding job. Very complicated project working with very old existing home. Bid was multi faceted with carpenter, plumbing, painting. Did an excellent job! Kept us informed and completed on time and on budget. Will definitely use again and recommend highly. Allowed us to work in phases with our budgets."

"Overall Valcast was top notch, I definitely got my moneys worth. They were very professional and did everything I absolutely asked for down to every detail. Would most definitely hire again and will pass the word along! Thank you again Valcast!?"

"Our doors were ten years old and really looking worn. Marvin came and recommended a color. We ended up having them restore not only our front doors, but garage doors, shutters and corbels! Taking the front doors off and restoring them in a shop is the only way to do this! They color choice was beautiful. The project was completed on time as promised. All of the doors look better than when they were new! People stop and look at our doors and continuously rave about how beautiful they look. Great job, responsive service. What a relief to find a company with this expertise and service. Keep it up!"

"The crew arrived on time with masks and were very friendly and polite. Because I am immunocompromised I requested they wear a KN95 mask that I provided. They gladly accommodated me by wearing the masks. They made quick work of the repair and did a fantastic job. I will use the Sheetrock man for my next project."
