Even though the installation was on the third floor, Alex insisted in cutting the product in the first floor garage to keep the dust and debris to a minimum. This required him to trek up and down two flights of stairs to complete the task. He was very meticulous in his installation and helped to clean up the work site after. "I used Floor It Today after seeing what fantastic work they did on a friend's extensive remodeling. I had my master-bath, walk-in shower re-tiled, roman bath tub replaced, granite counter tops put in master-bath and 2 bathrooms, along with all hardware fixtures. To replace shower trim in 2 extra bathrooms, the walls had to be cut opened, as I was not replacing tiles in those bathrooms. To look at the walls now, one cannot even tell there was a hole. Something where the light boxes were removed in the master-bath and kitchen. Would never know there were boxes there. Bassam was the Best! He helped me in picking out tiles and matching colors. He has quite the eye for decor. Bassam walked me through every detail before and doing the redo. He was very professional, patient with all my many questions and always addressed my concerns. His workers were great too and always showed up when they said they would. They did great work!! I will definitely use Floor It Today for any future remodeling."

"Roberto is an excellent project manager. There were no delays in his pre-defined schedule (in fact, they performed faster than anticipated). He was very honest and up front about the scope of the work including cost, arrival / departure times, and constantly checked on progress and sent us pictures via text. He was extremely patient with all of our questions and anxieties as the work progressed, and consistently reassured us. Any large project in a home can be stressful, and Roberto did an incredible job of reassuring us and ensuring the work was performed above and beyond our expectations. The contractors hired by Roberto were extremely courteous and took pride in their work. They took time to ensure it was perfect. In fact, the gentleman who tiled our bathroom was especially impressive as he went above and beyond to ensure every tile was expertly cut and placed (there was some complex/intricate tile work as part of the scope). Each crew showed up as scheduled, and to the extent there were scope changes, the crews always returned promptly to perform additional work. Roberto took lots of time to perform measurements, assist us with selecting materials / design, and most importantly, would tell us up front about any design/installation issues that might arise with our choices, so we were able to make a decision up front about whether a certain material was right for us / our home. The work was beautifully designed and installed. It has taken us quite a while to actually write this review, but hopefully that is more helpful for readers, as we have lived in the house where work was performed for 6 months now. We could not be happier with our kitchen, and we have had no issues with any of the installation or other work performed, now 6 months after completion. Thank you Roberto & Solid Stone Manufacturing.
