"Oscar did a great job refinishing our oak hardwood floors. He ended up redoing a resurfacing job that a previous pro botched horribly and made sure that all of our concerns were properly addressed. Our floor was especially challenging because we had red and white oak floors laced together in many parts of the house so matching both wood species with a stain is challenging. They took their time, patiently showed us many samples that worked with both wood species until we were fully satisfied, and ensured that the poly coating was high quality. I highly recommend them for all floor resurfacing needs!"

Also helped to move furniture and load/unload flooring from the store as it needed to be exchanged due to poor quality for the first batch we got. "We had used Legacy previously for windows and we called them about our kitchen project. Mark came back out and we discussed the goals we wanted and what our budget was.I showed Mark online the things we liked and he came back with a proposal that was workable. Legacy is not a huge company and we always spoke with Mark when we had questions. That was nice. The project was involved. In addition to the kitchen needing a new floor, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets, we cut a hole in the side of the house and put a large window there. More light in the kitchen is fantastic! The project took more than 2 months from start to finish. It was a little longer than we anticipated but we understood. Legacy has talented carpenters but not a lot of them. Mark and Robert both told us it would be nice and that can take a little time. They were right. The attention to detail was awesome. And as the project unfolded we did make small changes on the fly.
